JAMB UTME Subject Combination

In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Eco-Tourism and Wildlife Management under the Faculty of Agriculture in the institutions listed above are:

English Language, Biology/Agricultural Science and ANY TWO of Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Mathematics and Physics.

O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates

To apply for Eco-Tourism and Wildlife Management as a UTME candidate, you require: Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Agricultural Science, and ANY TWO subjects from Chemistry, Geography, Economics and at least a pass in Physics.

Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates

To apply for Eco-Tourism and Wildlife Management as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: (i) National Diploma with a minimum of Upper Credit or equivalent from recognized Polytechnic and College of Wildlife Management in relevant discipline (Agricultural Sciences). Such candidates are also expected to meet the requirements for UTME admission specified in (a) above.
(ii) Candidates who possess GCE (Advanced Level) or equivalent with passes in at least two of the following subjects are eligible for admission: Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Geography or Economics.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) UNIBADAN accepts HND (Upper Credit) into 200 level with exemption from the practical year programme and ND/NCE (Upper credit) into 100 level with full participation in practical year programme in Tourism, Wildlife Management and Forestry, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Health and related fields. It also accepts A’ level in Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science, Physics or Mathematics into 200 level with full participation in practical year programme.
