In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Public and Private International Law under the Faculty of Law in the institutions listed above are:

Any three Arts or Social Science subjects.

O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates

To apply for Public and Private International Law as a UTME candidate, you require: Five ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Literature in English and Mathematics.

Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates

To apply for Public and Private International Law as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: (i) Two ‘A’ level passes in Arts or Social Science subjects.

(ii) NCE/ND/First Degree (Second Class Lower).
